International Patient Coordinator

Location: İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi Medicalpoint Hastanesi, İzmir, Türkiye (Hybrid)

Dr. H. Clinic is looking for a dynamic and motivated International Patient Coordinator to coordinate patients coming from abroad for plastic surgery, general surgery procedures, cosmetic dental treatments, and hair transplant. This position aims to manage the sales, travel, accommodation, transfer, and surgical processes of patients smoothly and to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Manage the sales processes of patients coming to our clinic from abroad for various surgeries
• Organize hotel reservations and transfers for patients
• Coordinate pre-operative preparations within the hospital
• Communicate with patients inside and outside the hospital and ensure coordination with other individuals involved in the process
• Communicate with doctors and the medical team regarding patients’ post-operative processes after they return to their countries and act as a bridge in communication for patient follow-up

Qualifications:

• University graduate, preferably from communication or literature faculties, psychology, or translation and interpreting departments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to a schedule that varies in terms of working days and hours previously determined
• Proficiency in English is required, a second language is preferred
