MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a business unit of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI). Element Solutions Inc is a leading specialty chemicals company whose businesses supply a broad range of solutions that enhance the products people use every day.

Job Purpose

Responsible for New Business Development Sales, Technical Service and Support, in and around Istanbul. Gaining fresh business Opportunities by Product promotion, Presentation and by conducting Seminars.

Job Responsibilities

To increase turnover/margin by gaining new accounts/customers.
To maintain our obligations to our customer base
Increase the sales revenue/margin from our existing customer base by broadening the range and increasing the quantities of products they use
Further develop the awareness of water treatment in the domestic and commercial heating market
Attack and defend against the competitors in the market
Develop customer knowledge via training within your allocated area
Support the marketing actions to develop the sales strategy
Developing and increasing sales/margin to meet budget targets
Operate within cost budget

Experience And Competencies

Sales experience with knowledge of the heating / sanitary / water treatment market would be an advantage
Ability to conduct trade negotiations and build long term relationships with customers
Education related to Chemistry, Engineering or similar would be a plus
Solution oriented, can-do attitude
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Native Turkish speaker, good knowledge of English
Basic IT literacy
Available and open to travel several times a week to meet (new) customers in the allocated area (Istanbul region)
Driving License
