Senior Translation Project Manager
About the job
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze the received client advanced translation, DTP, tests and multimedia requests
- Handle Key accounts requests
- Assign suitable resource according to the client needs
- Export / Import the files from the online CAT tools in the correct format
- Analyze the files using different CAT tools
- Make sure that the projects completion within the agreed timeline of the project
- Sign off the project for delivering it to the client
- Update the system with the project information in each stage on time
- Provide training to the new project coordinators
- Reply to the clients major complaints or feedbacks
- Prepare the client quotation if needed after taking the leader approval
- Send the quotation to the client
Requirements
- 4 year of experience in Project Management in the translation industry
- Good in speaking English & Excellent in Writing
- Very good experience of project management
- Bachelor Degree, preferable in translation or languages
- Must have experience in dealing with multi-culture clients
- Very good knowledge of CAT tools & Machine Translation
