Role Description
This is a full-time (minimum of 30 hrs) fully remote role for a Marketing Lead.
The Marketing Lead will work with the CEO and be responsible for day-to-day
marketing activities such as conducting market research, assisting in sales channel
management and project management, and building and executing marketing plans
to support the company’s overall strategy.
Requirements I would be looking at people who are in Marketing Manager roles. The new role would become a hugely important role of a company that is currently going through huge rounds of investment. So there is an opportunity to do really well in a job that will be exciting. They want this person to be somebody that will drive the image and the brand forward. They will need to manage their suppliers who manage the SEO etc for them. So it needs to be someone who can be authorative and hold themself well infront of suppliers. Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in market research and analysis
Experience in competitor analysis
Ability to contribute to sales and various project management teams
Proficiency in using various marketing tools and techniques, including social
media platforms, email marketing, and SEO optimization (we outsource SM,
UX, design, and WebDev so we are not looking for a hands-on creative)

Experience in CRM and automated workflows to support sales is essential
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Experience within a volume B2C service sector is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Familiarity with a second language is a plus
