As a Events Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events. Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will be key in ensuring the success of each event.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.

Create event proposals, budgets, and timelines.

Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues.

Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodations, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

Oversee event setup, decor, and onsite management.

Manage event registration and guest list.

Ensure events run smoothly, troubleshoot any issues, and make real-time decisions.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the event planning process.

Post-event evaluation and reporting to measure success and gather feedback.

Requirements:

Prior experience in event planning and coordination.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
