Flexible packaging segment has a turnover of € 1,558 million (2022). The business has today about 8,400 employees and has 26 manufacturing sites across 16 countries. Today, a large part of flexible food packaging is non-recyclable. Huhtamaki has a new product line that offers customers the possibility of shifting from these non-recyclable, multi-layer solutions to recyclable mono-material solutions, without compromising the functionality of the packaging.
We are seeking an Account Manager to act as liaison between Global Key Account Manager(s) and manufacturing sites, drive commercial leakage analysis and assist Account Managers to deliver YoY profitable growth and finally build and foster customer relationship to influence customer decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliation for assigned accounts per customer agreement
- Assist and support Global Key Account Manager tender process
- Support and co-manage monthly forecast process and improve accuracy
- Collect and manage customer public reports, intelligence on monthly basis
- Provide commercial leakage analysis and track performance
- Build and deepen customer relationships
- Acquire and possess knowledge of Huhtamaki company, products, value proposition and competitive market landscape
- Administrate account performance on a monthly basis
- Support and improve monthly forecast process and accuracy
- Manage and improve account receivable target to acceptable level
Key Success Factors And Qualifications
To thrive in the role, ideally you have:
- BS/BA degree in communication, marketing, business administration.
- min 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of food flexible packaging and previous experience with FMCG customer of advantage
- Strong project management skills
- Good finance acumen with analytical mindset
- Good business acumen and ability to seize opportunity to win profitable business
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team player
- Fluent in English (others European languages are of advantage)
