Senior Product Manager
Key Job Accountabilities
Orchestrates the launches and pushes growth of pillar products to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship. Develops one’s product, market and consumer expertise and knowledge of one’s organization.
- Collects and analyzes consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
- Implements new launches, maintains growth in pillar products and animates core catalogue
- Proposes and monitors marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
- Adapts the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
- Mobilizes and collaborates with other departments and partner agencies to build broader business strategy and meets the deadlines
- Makes recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Manages budget and ensures sales forecast accuracy
- Develops one’s knowledge of the L’Oréal organization, gets to know the culture, develops one’s expertise in marketing, project management, operational excellence with one’s manager and team support
- Owns the brand patrimony, guarantees the brand identity and ensures that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand
- Implements the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensures the proper implementation of retail materials
- Implements media and promotion plans and ensures implementation of trade marketing plan
