As an Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll get the opportunity to play an active role in delivering unique experiences to our customers, to ensure they have the best travel experience ever! Reporting to Operations Manager, this role will oversee the on-the-ground organisation of Intrepid’s Morocco trips.

This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Marrakech.

• Extensive travel experience in the region with travel industry work experience, preferably as an Intrepid Tour Leader
• Management coaching / training experience desirable
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English and local language is highly preferred
• A workable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software
• Reliable with outstanding organizational skills

You will play a pivotal role in the successful and profitable running of all Intrepid trips in your region. You’ll do this by providing managerial and administrative support to the Operations Manager and General Manager as well as supporting the day-to-day trip management in handling trip issues, customer experience, and be a reliable support to our incredible leaders!
