About The Role
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as the Commercial Head of Africa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our strategic efforts to generate student enrollment, drive market share growth, and lead marketing admissions. As the Commercial Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve our enrollment targets.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive student enrollment in Africa
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and admissions processes
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Provide regular reports to the Executive Vice President on sales performance and market trends
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7-10 years of experience managing sales and marketing teams
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
