Sales Manager
About the job
PURPOSE
Reporting to the Market Area Director North Africa, our future Sales Manager will be responsible for helping Market Area North Africa obtain better brand recognition and financial growth and initiate standardized sales processes with assigned customers within Morocco and other West African countries to maintain and grow sales volumes and revenue.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Business development within assigned countries
- Continuous monitoring of sales opportunities and improvement areas within concerned Market Area.
- Developing and implementing yearly sales plans for customers and potentials assigned.
- Analysis, evaluation and preparation of improvement plans for existing customers.
- Create an accurate monthly forecasts and action plans to meet area sales targets.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of product specifications, filling equipment and supply chain processes.
- Implement an optimized and standardized sales processes.
- Ensuring that all orders and customer issues are communicated and followed up.
- Cultivate professional connections with the management of potential customers.
- Monitoring of competition and plastic packaging industry activities in market unit.
- Provide feedback and offer recommendations regarding competitors and competitive products.
- Comprehend the customer’s organizational structure and strategic approach to effectively offer services and products, fostering a profitable and sustainable long-term relationship.
Qualifications

8 to 10 years of professional experience within sales department.
Strong knowledge of FCMG industry.
Fundamental understanding of Beverage Carton Packaging Systems.
Understands business finance.
High level of English, French & Arabic language, spoken and written.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Strong negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Autonomous and proactive.
Ability to work in a high-tempo multinational environment.
