About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Kid’s Club Team Leader role to join the Sports & Leisure Team at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa Family.

The main purpose of this position to ensure that the daily services and operation of the Kids Club is maintained at the highest standards.

Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role

 

• To assist in managing and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.
• To study, evaluate and suggest improvements for operation procedures.
• Checking work performance of subordinates and their grooming standards.
• Liaising with Sports & Leisure department on daily operation.
• Conducting daily staff briefing and write weekly duty schedule.
• Ensuring that service standards are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Overseeing the guest/staff incident reports in communication book
• Handling guest complaints.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in outlet.
• Ensuring that all activities are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate for each of the individual children’s clubs making the best use of the environment and equipment available.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• First Aide Trainer
• A minimum of 2 years work experience in similar role.
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge in handling children
• Middle East experience is desirable.
