Primary Responsibility

 

• Manage the restaurant administration and supervise the cleanliness and organization
• Supervise the coordination between sections so that the food and service is provided promptly to guest
• Supervise the quality of food/drinks and its presentation from time to time so that poor food does not reach guest
• Supervise the hygiene and food safety practices in the restaurant
• Manage discipline and cooperation between staff to get the best output
• Supervise and coordinate the training in the restaurant so that the trainee is ready on time

Additional

 

• Participate in detailed cleaning of sections, kitchen and restaurant as required
• Receive instructions from the Manager- Operations and execute
• Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant for smooth operations
• Safeguard the equipment and products of the restaurant from being misused
