As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth business operations, managing teams, and implementing processes for improved efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive traffic, increase Conversion Rate, and secure reasonable profitability.
  • Set financial goals and develop P&L strategy aligned with management and business objectives.
  • Proactively monitor and update forecasts, initiating and analyzing projects to drive recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company manual, rules, and guidelines.
  • Communicate and promote organizational goals within the company.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance related to food safety, HACCP, and labeling.
  • Define commercial strategy for national and international retail ranges.
  • Optimize sales and gross margin through strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing leadership and coaching.
  • Support HR in succession planning and functional training.
  • Contribute to company development locally and internationally.
  • Implement pricing strategy and monitor market competition.
  • Develop and support communication policies, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate maintenance network for company equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in investment or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
