About The Role
We are looking for a B2B Supply Operations Coordinator focused on scaling the Uber Shuttle B2B arm in MEA. This is a particularly challenging and rewarding role with huge opportunities but also lots of challenges in light of intense competition and complex market dynamics.
The B2B Supply role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on your city through understanding the clients’ needs and perfecting the operational processes to provide a reliable service to those clients. This is a critical role within the org as you would play a key role in driving the overall B2B strategy for Uber Shuttle across MEA. You will be responsible for the execution of the B2B operational strategy to drive safe, reliable and cost efficient service. You will be working on Uber’s top priority product and biggest Bold Bets, primarily focusing on Growth for HCV.
What Will The Candidate Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy for high capacity vehicles, considering factors such as cost, quality, reliability, and availability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the fleet partners and IOs
- Monitor and evaluate the fleet partners performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Assist in the launch of new clients by coordinating on ground activities, ensuring all the clients’ needs are met
- Work closely with the sales team during the proposal phase by obtaining prices from fleet partners and submitting them to the client within the agreed SLAs
- Onboard new fleet partners and expand the supply base in Saudi with possible expansion to the GCC
- Optimize and revamp existing business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability
- Develop effective working relationships with multiple cross-functional teams such as Operations, Product, Sales etc.
- Ensure all payments are made to the fleet partners on time and reported accurately
What will the candidate need:

- 1-3 years of experience in a strategy / operations / account management / sales operations or related role
- Startup/all-hands-on-deck approach.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new things beyond the scope of work
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a constantly-changing work environment
- Excel and SQL knowledge and a passion for data needed
- Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
- Proven experience in dealing directly with fleet partners and sourcing vehicles
