Overview
As an Employer Branding Lead, this role will be the driving force behind initiatives that enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and elevate employee engagement. This role is pivotal in navigating Pakistan’s increasingly competitive talent landscape. The incumbent will drive strategic initiatives to solidify our presence in the industry while addressing the war on talent.
Responsibilities
Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Enhancement:

- Launch and fully embed our new EVP “Dare for Better” to effectively communicate the value proposition to current and potential employees.
- Implement programs that reinforce our commitment to employee development, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance.
- Establish and communicate the employer brand’s narrative on significant industry initiatives such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Careers in the local context.
- Oversee the ongoing management, evolution, and governance of the Global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for Pakistan: communication strategy and visual identity.

Strategic Employer Branding:

- Develop and implement a Talent Attraction & Engagement strategy tailored to the Pakistani market through Employer Branding & Campus initiatives.
- Lead initiatives that showcase our unique workplace culture, values, and employee success stories.
- Take charge of the Talent Content Calendar for Pakistan, ensuring consistent and accurate representation of the employer brand across social, digital, and owned channels.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition, communications, and diversity & and engagement teams to craft compelling stories that embody the PepsiCo EVP, establishing an emotional connection with the talent pool in Pakistan.
- Manage EVP annual operating budget in relevance to work plan & priorities
Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing:

- Drive innovative talent acquisition strategies that highlight our employer brand, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and other channels.
- Project managed key candidate attraction and experience initiatives (i.e. – video job descriptions, careers website content and creative asset development); creative compelling emails/stories for candidate relationship management tool.
- Launch and manage Employee Referral program

- Bachelors / Masters degree (business or HR)
Experience
- 3 – 4 years of experience of managing communications
- Experience in employer branding communication design and planning
- Experience of managing internships and management trainee program
