We are looking for Social Media Officer to join the Airport International Group – Queen Alia International Airport team. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Job Purpose
The Social Media Officer’s main responsibilities are to drive the digital presence and engagement of QAIA and AIG across various social media platforms as well as develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or equivalent
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
•Proficient in using social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
•Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools.
•Photography, videography, and reels creation.
•Knowledge of social media advertising strategies and analytics tools.
•Ability to handle and respond to negative comments and crises effectively, maintaining a positive brand image.
•English language proficiency
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Hands-on experience in proofreading and fact-checking
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
•Excellent active listening, problem-solving, client management, and customer service skills
