Crowne Plaza Dead Sea Resort & Spa is a 50-minute drive from Queen Alia International Airport and 40km away from the Capital Amman. The resort offers 420 guest rooms & suites, 1200m2 of meeting and conferencing facilities, 6 restaurants in addition to kid’s facilities, a heated pool and many more.

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Processes Swim & Lunch reservations by mail, telephone and fax.
  • Be an effective element in communication between the relevant internal departments to keep them updated in all daily and future reservations activities. sharing periodic reports accordingly.
  • Controls the reservations of the central reservation’s office, regional offices, and travel agents.
  • Processes cancellations, revisions, and updated information of changes.
  • Is responsible for correct completion of records and reports.
  • Reconfirms block bookings, ensures that correct rooming lists are received, and checks arrival times, rates and all other information on group bookings.
  • Ensures all reservations and requests are confirmed to correctly and within 24 hours.
  • Maintains filing on a daily basis and sets up new files when necessary.
  • Ensures that customer relations are kept at a high standard and that all complaints are dealt with in a satisfactory manner and reported to the Duty Front Office Manager and the Cluster Revenue Director.
  • Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all company Policies and Procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
  • Performs related duties and other projects as assigned.

What We need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Use the Microsoft Office Tools.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic, English and Arabic.
