Growth – Risk Advisory
As a Growth coordinator, they will support the Middle East Risk Advisory Growth team in strategic planning, business development, and other strategic initiatives including but not limited to the following:
* Key Accounts
* Support Key Accounts growth
* Coordinate activities for key strategic clients
* Support key accounts industry client pursuits
* Conduct industry market and client analysis
* Reporting
* Prepare and analyze industry/service line performance reports
* Ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies
* Industry/Service Line Planning
* Track and report industry/Service Line opportunities
* Drive and implement industry strategies and initiatives
* Coordinate and monitor the implementation of multiple projects/initiatives within the industry program; source relevant support across the organization including marketing, communications, events, knowledge management etc.

Qualifications:
* Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or any other related business studies

*Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
* Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
* Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
* Possess strong project management and time management skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language, Arabic is advantageous.
*Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI

* Provide industry and client specific business processes by offering clients recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives
* Proactively seek opportunities and identify initiatives around brand positioning
* Working on practice initiatives, and collaborating with teams to develop technical proposals
* Ability to navigate multiple commitments on a regular basis to balance tasks across various client commitments
* Daily communication with senior team members and peers
* Addressing requirements and tasks raised by senior team members
* Prepare and analyze performance reports for industries and accounts to support business growth
* Ensure appropriate reporting and flagging of discrepancies
