Requirements:
– Responsible for responding to customer inquiries.
– Maintaining and building customer satisfaction.
– Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field of customer care.
– Good knowledge of using MS Office and customer management system.
– Problem solving skills.
– Good knowledge if English and arabic.
– Availability for rotational shifts.
– Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
