Role Overview:

As a Project Manager for our launch operations in Hadhramout, Yemen, you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources, managing stakeholders, and overseeing the flawless execution of our educational initiatives. Your role will encompass project planning, execution, risk management, and relationship-building within the education and humanitarian sectors.

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for Noon Academy’s launch in Hadhramout, Yemen, covering market analysis, regulatory compliance, localization, and resource allocation
• Conduct thorough market research in Hadhramout’s education sector to identify potential challenges
• Cultivate relationships with local partners, stakeholders, educational institutions, and government bodies to facilitate a smooth market entry and ongoing collaboration
• Continuously monitor project progress, evaluate potential risks, and swiftly implement adaptive strategies to ensure successful project delivery amidst dynamic conditions
• Conduct regular assessments and refine project strategies based on market feedback and changing educational needs
• Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the excellence and relevance of educational offerings to the target audience
• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness throughout the launch and operational phases
• Generate comprehensive reports outlining financial expenditures, project performance metrics, and ROI for stakeholders and senior management
• Collaborate with the teacher recruitment team to identify, train, and support educators proficient in delivering online education aligned with Noon Academy’s objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field from a reputable university
• 2-3 years of experience in operations and project management, preferably within the non-profit sector, including budgetary, financial, and operational oversight
• Previous experience and familiarity within the education and humanitarian sector
• Full working proficiency in both written and verbal English and Arabic languages
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong planning abilities
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
