We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our client as a Senior Manager for the Strategy Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the enhancement of the company’s business performance by spearheading strategic planning initiatives and executing innovative programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with various commercial divisions to grasp their technology-related business requirements.
• Working closely with the Technology Development Center to devise strategies aligned with these business needs.
• Taking charge of projects from inception to evaluation, ensuring successful implementation and performance review.
• Identifying and nurturing technology partnerships to elevate the technology and digital experience for both guests and internal staff.

Idael candidates who possess:

• At least 7 years of experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
• A degree in Business Management or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.
• Proficiency in creating financial models and executive presentation decks.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Strong business acumen to grasp and translate business objectives into technological solutions.
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication abilities to convey complex business concepts to senior executives.
• A confident and collaborative approach, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organizational efficiency.
