Molding Supervisor

Description:
Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated Molding Supervisor responsible for all the integrity and quality of the components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from the point of production to the end customer for the North American Automotive Division.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and motivating the efforts of the staff in charge to achieve production objectives.
- Responsible for promoting and actively participating in work groups, order and cleanliness, 5S, Safety and Hygiene and in each of the company’s strategies and efforts.
- Responsible for identifying and providing personnel with the necessary training to perform their duties.
- Receive the training of the line’s work instructions and sign as understanding in the instruction training record.
- Responsible for the training of operational personnel according to the work instructions of the line and the instructor’s signature in the instruction training record.
- Responsible for generating production reports, area graphics (G-mac) as well as monitoring area documentation.
- Responsible for knowing the basic concepts of assembly line operation, preparation and application of paint, as well as basic laser concepts.
Required Qualifications:

- Highly motivated, that understand Plastic Inyection Process.
- Solid command of English, or above (can communicate in English).
