Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the team.
Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for employee queries, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace.
Training and Development: Help implement training programs that boost employee skills and career growth.
HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date HR files, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Support the performance evaluation process, promoting excellence and development.
Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives to nurture an inclusive and dynamic company culture.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of HR software.
Experience: Previous internships or experience in HR are welcome but not necessary.
Attributes: Proactive, self-driven, with a high level of discretion and integrity, and an attention to detail.
Language: Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication across all levels of the company.
Learning Attitude: A passion for HR, eagerness to learn, and a desire to contribute to the company’s success.
