Job Description

Join our team to not only teach Grade 6 according to the National Curriculum of Jordan but also provide mentorship beyond the classroom through extra-curricular English tutorship for all grades. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the students to meet the high standards we uphold, ensuring they are well-equipped to lead the nation toward a brighter future.

Responsibilities

• Teaches English grammar, reading, writing, and conveys strong general understanding of the English language.
• Plans, prepares and delivers lessons to students in the class.
• Teaches according to the learning outcome, educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students.
• Prepares the content analysis and semester plan, activity plan, and timeline distribution plan.
• Assigns homework/assignments, corrects and marks homework/assignments carried out by his/her students.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience teaching English.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Diploma, at minimum.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Excellent technical vision and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-work attitude.
• Ability to manage classrooms, students, attendance, performance.
• Ability to solve students’ problems.
• Ability to deliver the material using modern techniques.
• Ability to write study sheets, worksheets and assessment to help students and gauge their progress.
