About the job

This is a remote position.

• Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinating interview logistics, such as booking meeting rooms and arranging travel for candidates.
• Maintaining applicant tracking system and updating candidate records.
• Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent Written and spoken English
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Technical and Behavioral skills:

• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and strategies
• Understanding of job posting platforms and social media recruitment
• Ability to conduct effective candidate assessments and interviews
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
