Main Responsibilities and Duties

Creating Creative ideas and campaign content which will catch maximum customer interest.
Creating content, Calendar for and managing our social media platforms along with the App communication upload (Banner, Pop up etc.)
Creating content including articles, guides, infographics, and landing pages.
Develop creative ideas and identify new ways to deliver engaging content.
preparing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications (PR) with content that ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
Manage social marketing campaigns (FB, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) including content, target, duration, budget, coordinating for launch, and assess performance.
Manage Wikipedia page in AR and EN along with LinkedIn page.
Prepare monthly and weekly reports for social media status, issues, initiatives.
Collaborating with the creative and marketing team to decide the brand taglines, logo, and other promotional material.
Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection.
SMS sending Via CMS to agents and customers.
