About the job
As SILENT-YACHTS, we introduced a new era of yachting through our solar-powered luxury catamarans. Our mission is to create an independent and environmentally friendly sailing experience that combines the silent cruising of a sailboat with the luxury of a motor yacht. We are advancing this mission day by day with cutting-edge solar technology. We are the pioneer in an increasingly active market. For this reason we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).

Support and collaboration with Project Managers
Support of different departments
Organization and planning of the work
Inspections on site
Collaboration with sub-contractors and third parties
Control of budget and contract fulfillment
Support during client visits

Requirements:
You are definitely a match if you…
Have a Bachelor’s or ideally a Master’s degree in management engineering
Have 5+ years of experience in a shipyard
Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
Have good knowledge of system integration in marine applications
Have passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
Have basic knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD)
Have the ability to read 2D & 3D production drawings
Are able to work independently and in a structured manner
Have organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
Have a creative problem solving attitude
Are solution oriented
Have willingness to travel
Have “Hands-on” mentality
Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
Have experience with Microsoft Office (MS Teams experience is welcome)
