Job Description:

We are seeking an adept Operations Manager to lead our HR, Marketing, and Sales departments in our dynamic cloud-based software development company. As the Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and collaboration among these crucial functions. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and fostering cross-functional relationships to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the organization.

Location: Amman, Jordan

What You’ll Do:

  • Human Resources Management:
  • Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and promoting professional development opportunities.
  • Marketing Management:
  • Lead marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation, utilizing cloud-based marketing tools and platforms.
  • Supervise digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and content creation efforts in the online space.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics from cloud-based systems to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Sales Management:
  • Manage sales teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support.
  • Develop and implement cloud-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with market demands, utilizing cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging cloud-based analytics and reporting tools.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement in the cloud-based software ecosystem.
  • Prepare regular reports on departmental performance utilizing cloud-based analytics and present findings to the executive team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration and communication between HR, Marketing, and Sales teams, leveraging cloud-based collaboration platforms to ensure seamless coordination and mutual support.
  • Work closely with other department heads to facilitate interdepartmental projects and initiatives, utilizing cloud-based project management tools.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring a unified approach towards company goals facilitated by cloud-based communication channels.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools, project management platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, improve processes, and enhance team performance in a cloud-based work environment.
