Golden Arrow for Food Marketing & Distribution is seeking qualified candidates to fill in the position of ( IT technical support )
will be responsible for
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems and networks.
* Using, implementing or programming the software from (ALPHA, SAP, OLIVES).
* Provides end-user support in a timely, effective, and courteous manner.
* Setting up accounts for new users
* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
* Possibly training more junior staff members
Job Requirements
1- BS Degree in computer science or related.
2- At least 5 years in relevant experience.
3- Deep knowledge of operating systems, and technologies, (ALPHA, SAP, OLIVES)
4- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5- possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
