What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties):
1. Coordinating cross-project activities, from inception to evaluation, in alignment with the organization’s overarching goals.
2. Generating innovative programs that propel us toward our strategic vision.
3. Developing comprehensive budgets and operational plans aimed at maximizing ROI.

5. Providing regular performance reports to keep managers and directors informed.
6. Adhering to relevant standards, processes, and regulations while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
7. Identifying and addressing program challenges, risks, and emerging opportunities.
8. Leading and managing a diverse team with varied talents and responsibilities.
9. Collaborating closely with the marketing team on strategic initiatives.
10. Mentoring and evaluating project managers and team members to support professional growth.
11. Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with targets and objectives.
12. Providing support and guidance to project managers during challenges.
