- AlKbous Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals
• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development
• Establish and maintain effective employee communication channels
• Conduct HR research and analysis to identify and implement best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with experience in a manufacturing or food and beverage environment
