Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mathematics Teacher at Cedars International School located in Erbil. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing a rigorous mathematics education program, creating lesson plans, and developing a challenging and engaging curriculum. The Mathematics Teacher will also be responsible for teaching assigned classes, evaluating student progress, and maintaining accurate and complete records of students’ progress.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Mathematics
• Experience in lesson planning for Mathematics classes
• Qualified Teacher status
• Experience and knowledge in Mathematics Education
• Curriculum Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education related field
• Teaching certification is preferred
• Experience of teaching Mathematics at a secondary level
