Job Title: Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager
Company: IHG Jordan – NTD Hotels
Location: Amman, Jordan
Reporting To: Area Director of Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies for multiple hotels within the IHG Jordan – NTD cluster in Amman.
- Report directly to the Area Director of Sales and Marketing, providing regular updates on marketing initiatives, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with hotel management teams to understand their unique value propositions and align marketing efforts accordingly.
- Manage and optimize digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and advertising, to maximize brand exposure and revenue generation.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and guest feedback to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead the creation of impactful content, including press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with IHG brand standards.
- Foster relationships with local media, influencers, and partners to enhance the hotels’ visibility and community engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to IHG standards across all marketing materials and communications.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a preference for candidates with a background in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Managing and having the ability to support several key stakeholders smoothly.
Excellent attention to details and delivery of projects on time.
Experience in budgeting, market analysis and able to demonstrate effective marketing initiatives.
