Job Description

Key Roles:

Lead the development of user experience (UX) strategies and solutions for digital products and applications, ensuring a seamless and user-centred design.
Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team, product managers, and developers to define user requirements and translate them into functional and efficient user interfaces.
Design and implement user interaction models, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine the user experience.
Work with development teams to implement front-end solutions, ensuring the feasibility of design concepts and a consistent user experience across platforms.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UX design and front-end development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience as a UX engineer, front-end developer, or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
Experience with responsive design and ensuring consistent experiences across different devices and platforms.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively.

Ability to analyze complex user requirements and design solutions that balance user needs with technical feasibility.
Solid problem-solving skills and an aptitude for discovering elegant solutions to user interface challenges.
Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards to ensure inclusive and user-friendly designs.
Ability to communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in UX/UI design and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
