Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Development Officer to lead our development initiatives, driving the growth and enhancement of our training programs. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and the implementation of innovative educational techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational offerings and student experience.
Liaise with industry experts and partners to keep the curriculum at the forefront of aviation trends.
• Program Development:
Oversee the creation and revision of training modules and educational materials.
Ensure all programs meet regulatory standards and industry requirements.
• Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers and instructors.
Organize professional development opportunities for staff to ensure high-quality delivery of educational content.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with regulatory bodies to maintain accreditation and compliance.
Build relationships with aviation companies to enhance student placement opportunities.
• Budget Management:
Manage budgets for educational programs and initiatives.
Secure funding and resources necessary for program expansion and improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Development role within the education or aviation industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in curriculum development and strategic planning.
