Job title: Graphic Designer / Indesign Expert
Location:Office-based/ Medical City St., Amman.
Terms: Full-time, 9:00-5:00, Sunday to Thursday
Job Summary:
As a Graphic Designer with a focus on book design, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and cohesive book layouts, covers, and illustrations that enhance the overall reading experience for book readers. Your expertise in book design will play a pivotal role in transforming manuscripts into aesthetically pleasing, reader-friendly, and marketable books across various genres and formats. You will collaborate closely with authors, publishers, and the editorial team to bring the vision of a book to life while ensuring it meets industry standards and resonates with the target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Design and produce book layouts and covers using Adobe InDesign software, adhering to established design standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and other internal teams to develop and execute book design concepts that meet project objectives

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
• Ensure all print designs are optimized for print and digital distribution

• Design Powerpoint slides and other material for training purposes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new features of graphic design software
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
