Customer Care Specialist

About the job

We are excited to find our new team member to grow with us! Taking on the Customer Care Specialist position which is the “tip of the spear” in the customer service chain and an indispensible member of the Customer Care team.

Taking on the role of being the key advocate for our Customers, the objective of this position is to provide world class customer service.

Responsible for end to end spares offer management and spare order to cash operations at country level. He/She is the single interface between Bobst Istanbul’s activity and the customer front office organization at zone level.

Key Daily Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To

 

  • The reception, validation, scheduling, consolidation of spare parts orders
  • Customs clearance of spares parts consolidation, communication with accounting for invoicing
  • Direct ongoing operations activities. Escalade to Customer Care Manager if necessary.
  • Daily control of orders and order backlogs through SAP
  • Act as primary contact for all customers’ spare parts requests via phone or e-mail
  • Request technical analysis of parts when necessary
  • Follow up of existing offers and help get the orders
  • Order process through SAP and communicate delivery details to customer
  • Focus on what is best for the customer, always lets customer’s needs, consistent with business profitability, drive actions and decisions.
  • Follow receivables from customers when required
  • Responsible of customs clearance activities
  • Communication with accounting for delivery note creation and invoicing
  • Experience in a Customer Service Environment 3-4 years minimum
  • Knowledge of Turkish customs procedures (import and export)
  • Knowledge of SAP, LOGO and Office programs is highly desirable
  • Systems knowledge / computer skills / database management
