Position: Business Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
– Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management to support decision-making.
– Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to ensure the successful execution of business plans.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
– Proven experience in business planning, strategic analysis, and financial forecasting.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate strategies and findings.
