Purpose

Will support the Region B2B Sales Manager while gaining expertise in this area. Lead for the given projects and duties for Turkey in the definition of B2B Sales objectives for the respective Business Unit. Ensures to run of Region B2B Sales processes in accordance with adidas objectives, vision, and mission.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assists for the Region B2B portfolio in line with the determined sales strategies and objectives under the lead of Region B2B Sales Manager in Region Channel.
  • Actively participate in the improvement of the B2B portfolio
  • Assists the B2B Sales Manager in the direction of sales activities throughout the season and provides them with necessary know-how and motivation
  • Responsible of participating in new team B2B customers negotiations & deals, contract and P&L management processes in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting Region B2B Sales Manager regarding coordinating with sourcing office and partnering up with CTC, Brand, SCM for local production opportunities while managing customize ad-hoc request.

Essential Duties & Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

 

  • Manage B2B customer via email, phone ensure resolution in timely manner
  • B2B customer service is all about ensuring continuity of your product or service operations by providing quick responses, prompt troubleshooting, and fast resolutions whenever your customers face any challenges.
  • Under the lead of manager, support for the direction of customer purchases during NMM(Seasonal Camp) and ensures that the purchase orders are taken in line with the determined objectives
  • To prepare necessary reports related with customer service
  • To assist sales manager in sell in periods and area visits.
  • Contributes to the preparation of Risk Order by forecasting additional sales and manages this pool effectively during the sales season
  • Prepares the daily & weekly & monthly sales reports regularly and can create the new ones for the channel if it is needed
  • Attends the outer meetings on the behalf of the channel if it is needed and informs the manager accordingl
  • Ready to prepare presentations which are demanded by manager or essential for the channel.
  • Gives ‘B2B & Region Partners’ about “B2B distribution strategy” (sales, stocks, product know-how, service quality, visual support etc.) in order to improve their service level in his/her region.
  • Follow up and fulfill customer inquiries related, but not limited to, order status, tracking, return authorizations, shipping discrepancies, understanding their specific logistics needs and providing and credits
  • Coordinate and optimize B2B deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • To collect reactively re-orders for customers
  • To interact with Operations and Finance to ensure best service level to customers
  • To measure progress on own KPIs

Requisite Education And Experience

  • University degree
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a sports customer- and commercial- focused retail company
  • Minimum 1-year of account management or 3rd party relation experience
  • Project Management experience may also be valuable
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SAP), proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, relationship management)
  • Proven competencies in customer focus, negotiation, priority setting and problem solving
  • Proven commercial and business acumen knowledge
  • Geographical mobility
  • Fluent in written and spoken Turkish and English is a must
