Description
Are you proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud? Do you manage content for Arabic audiences?
We’re looking for a Content Editor to join the team.
Content Editors at EPAM work within our clients’ Content Management Systems to make sure content is input correctly and following best practice. You will be adding content to websites via Salesforce Commerce Cloud so will need to have an eye for detail and accuracy in their work.
Our team are passionate about looking after our clients’ solutions so you must have an eye for detail and be happy to jump on a call with clients to discuss the best ways of working their CMS.
What You’ll Do
- Managing content using Salesforce Commerce Cloud ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Basic editing of images and videos such as cropping to fit use
- Reporting on progress on changes
- Managing workload to ensure delivery is made to plan
- Collaboration with developers to implement content changes
- Communication with client to clarify content requirements
- Creating user guides and training materials and training teams in the use of the solution
What You Have

- Fluency in English and Arabic language
- Basic experience and understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Business Manager
- Experience of content management within a CMS
- Experience of working with Jira and the Atlassian Suite
- Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience of working across multiple tasks in parallel to deadlines
- Practical knowledge of HTML
- Proactive self-starter not afraid to ask the right questions
- Eye for detail and accuracy
