About the job
What You’ll Need
At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a retail administrative environment. Two years must be as in a Supervisory administration position.
Any relevant post-matric qualification
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage, control and monitor administration reports from SAP system.
- Resolve queries from internal or external clients.
- Reconcile branch managers account.
- Authorisation and reconciliation of credit notes.
- Evaluate requests according to policies and procedures.
- Submit credit notes with relevant report.
- Manage administration of stock control processes.
- Manage all registers and expiry registers.
- Make sure all license for registers is valid.
- Generate stock related reports from system.
- Activate and print stock control sheets.
- Prepare and process stock control register and sheets on system.
- Coordinate and process employee information.
- Manage and develop subordinates.
- Ensure and support candidates during in-house training.
- Inform staff about desired outcomes in terms of goals and objectives. – Develop staff to full potential.
