What You’ll Need

At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a retail administrative environment. Two years must be as in a Supervisory administration position.

Any relevant post-matric qualification

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

Manage, control and monitor administration reports from SAP system.
Resolve queries from internal or external clients.
Reconcile branch managers account.
Authorisation and reconciliation of credit notes.
Evaluate requests according to policies and procedures.
Submit credit notes with relevant report.
Manage administration of stock control processes.
Manage all registers and expiry registers.
Make sure all license for registers is valid.
Generate stock related reports from system.
Activate and print stock control sheets.
Prepare and process stock control register and sheets on system.
Coordinate and process employee information.
Manage and develop subordinates.
Ensure and support candidates during in-house training.
Inform staff about desired outcomes in terms of goals and objectives. – Develop staff to full potential.
Manage administration staff working schedules..
