Position Information :
Title: Manager Career Planning
Unit: People
Division: Talent Management
Location: Muscat
Line Manager: Senior Manager, Talent Planning & Mobility
Minimum role requirements :
- Bachelor in relevant discipline
- 6 years of relevant experience.
Key Accountabilities :
- Execute employee career path and mobility programs, including transfers, secondments, and assignments
- Design and update the career progression framework
- Ensure that employees’ career movement is based on their competencies and skills
- Develop a career path matrix for every non-managerial position and plan individual career paths for high-achieving employees
- Develop and ensure the continous update of job descriptions
- Manage the development of a detailed technical and behavioural competency framework and continusously update them based on organizational changes and haps
- Assist individuals with career planning and development through one-on-one counselling or group workshops
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate programs supporting employee career growth and development
- Provide guidance on job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation
