PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

Ensures that administrative / payroll procedures and personnel needs are carried out on time and accurately according to company’s HR Rewards plans.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll process:
To carry out the entire end-to-end payroll process in accordance with legal regulations,
Following the legal regulations and requirements regarding payroll processes, keep organization abreast,
Making and checking the necessary legal updates in the SAP system,
Getting in touch with the local SAP partner in case any problem occurs.
Making and monitoring entry-exit notifications,
Consolidation of all related data before running payroll; personnel benefits, transportation allowance, mobile phone bill costs ,meal benefits etc.
Recording and controlling entries of personnel cost to SAP system,
Preparation of BES entry list, and collection list and uploading them to the BES system
Managing relations and processes with SSI,
Ensuring that all legal processes and notifications for employee transactions are fulfilled.
Building collaboration with all the other accounting teams and Human Resources Department,
Following tax, social insurance, time attendance system, local and global benefits, leave management, termination process etc.,
Annual leave tracking, calculation of leave provisions
Calculation of severance and notice pay for those leaving the job.
To realize salary and all other payments accurately and on time, to carry out bank and payroll transactions,
Tracking external payroll processes
Supporting all processes related to payroll,

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of expertise in SAP HR
Advanced MS Office skills
Upper İntermediate English knowledge
Must possess the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and electronically with various levels of internal and external partners.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer service interface and communication.
Must be flexible with working hours and able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met.
Ability to work in a fast pace – ever changing team environment.
Prior experience working in a shared service environment preferred.
