About the job

We are looking for a tech savvy person that knows how to deal with computers, and IT equipment. Has good experience with connecting speakers, microphones, share laptop screen on tv, install drivers, fix printers, format computers, and debug IT issues.

The applicant must know how to use windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, and if has some programing background, that would be an additional bonus. It is required to know also basic computer networking such as changing switch config, vlan’s, ip addresses, DNS.

The applicant will work at the help desk to support with the technical aspects, and assist customers with the technical support.

The working hours are from 8am-4pm Sat-Thu.
