Digital Transformation Manager

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join our NBE team, who will be responsible leading to enhance and deliver 360º robust Digital Transformation plans in line with company strategy and business priorities by shaping their demands and identifying opportunities. He/She will be in close engagement with senior leadership to gain buy-in for the digital transformation strategy and secure the necessary resources for smooth strategy implementations. Through technology & business/function teams, will lead or co-lead the projects using Agile Wow related to the digital transformation, ensuring delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities;

  • 360 Digital Transformation

Build & enhance 360º technology roadmap in line with Zone/Market Digital Transformation strategy

Lead Digital Transformation change management and communication plan

Ensure the deliver of market digital transformation initiatives by connecting with technology/startup companies

  • Drive Transformation via Digital Solutions

Enhance employees performance through best usage of collaboration tools, mobility and self-service technology solutions

Accelerate Digital Transformation using Community of Practices, shifting capabilities and impactful communication tech solutions

Ensure Cyber security & risk & compliance processes in place during digital solutions evaluation

  • Powered by High-End Technologies

Bring high & technology solutions (Data Analytics, RPA, AI/ML, etc) to deliver most impactful use cases

Promote self-service technology solutions

Leverage regional team capabilities and reuse in market use cases

  • External Facing of Transformation

Represent Nestle at digital transformation conferences and events

Stay up to date on industry trends and close relationship with startup ecosystems

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • Good understanding of existing & new technologies via curiosity & growth mindset
  • High level of Business Understanding & E2E process experience
  • Ability to drive change management at organization level
  • Achievement focus via pragmatic approach and clear commitments to end results
  • Good Inter-personal & communication skills ( story telling, change motivators etc ) and ability to deal with senior management
  • Good project Management skills
  • Ability to research on market trends about innovation & new technologies
