About the job:

We at Leading Point Software Company are looking for Senior Full Stack .NET Devs (5-8 years of experience)

 

What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties):

 

• Lead and actively participate in software design and development.
• Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Ensure secure and efficient systems integration.
• Manage and optimize Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with DevOps for streamlined development processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality enterprise-grade software.
• Implement multi-threading and optimize code for performance.
• Identify and resolve software issues through debugging and profiling.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay updated with emerging technologies.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Apply hardware and networking knowledge to software optimization.
• Leverage additional programming languages when needed.
• Explore AI/BI integration opportunities for advanced solutions.

Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft. NET/Core.
• Proficiency in Front-end technologies, including ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and popular JavaScript frameworks.
• Expertise in systems integration workflows, protocols, and security.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Relational databases and NoSQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps systems.
• Track record of designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
• Experience in multi-threading and concurrency.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance profiling, and optimization.
• Strong initiative to continuously improve solutions, systems, and processes.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of hardware infrastructure and networking.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Nodejs, Java, or Golang would be considered valuable PLUS.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence or Business Intelligence would also be considered a PLUS.

Additional Requirements:

 

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Quick learner.
• Proven experience in client communication.
• Previous experience in BSS/OSS work.
• Knowledge of Micro-services.
• Telecom experience will be considered a plus.
