The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Turkey for 400 employees.

We invite Incoming Quality Engineer to join the production team and deliver world-class results and outstanding performance to the Production Team in the fast-growing dynamic organization.
Location: Istanbul, DESBAS, Tuzla
The Quality Engineer should know:
Methodical, regulatory, and other documents on the quality of products;
Types of defects and ways to prevent them;
The production technology of the company’s products;
Technical requirements for semi-finished products, materials, components, and finished products;
The company’s quality policy;
Carry out an assessment of the effectiveness of the unit’s measurable goals in the area of quality;
Nomenclature and specification of manufactured products;
Systems, means and methods of technical production control;
Procedure for drawing up technical documentation;
Internal labor regulations;
Rules and norms of labor protection and fire protection;
Basics of current labor legislation
Job Description:
Participates in the technological control of drawings regarding the material and dimension’s correctness choice,
Organizes experiments and tests of new materials and semi-finished products,
Participates in the improvement of input control and technological control of production and improvement of product quality,
Participates in work on the definition and selection of parameter control optimal methods,
Develops methodical and regulatory documents, and technical documentation, and participates in the standardization of control materials,
Ensures the operation of the department according to the requirements of the Quality Guidelines,
Participates in the ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of the actions applied in the area of process and product quality,
Mentoring and training new team members,
Ekip içi düzeltici ve önleyici faaliyetlerin koordinasyonu ve takibi,
Üretim süreçlerinin denetimlerini yapmak,
FAI süreç kontrolü, üretimin kritik yönlerine ilişkin eğitim (veya ESD becerileri ve sertifikasyon mevcutsa eğitim)
Qualification Requirements:
University education from related technical schools,
Work experience in the Quality Department,
Knowledge of the English language (to understand technical documentation)
