Senior Sales Representative
About the job
Job Summary: The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business for a digital marketing and advertising company. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing products and services, customer relationship management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Location: Jordan – Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the digital marketing and advertising company to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Identify potential clients and work to generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking events.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients to highlight the value of the company’s services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, working closely with the legal team to ensure all agreements meet company standards.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the company to ensure client needs are met and campaign goals are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients on best practices to optimize their advertising campaigns.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and report progress to the sales director.
- Any other related task assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing and advertising.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM tools.
- Ability to work remotely or in a fast-paced office environment.
- A solid track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for a senior sales representative can vary depending on experience level. Senior sales representatives are typically eligible for bonuses/ commissions based on their performance. Typical benefits include standard medical and paid time off
