About The Role
To own, drive and project manage the Luxury Brand ambassadorship as part of the brand strategy and brand plans based on consumer, customer and shopper insights, build brand equity and help drive;
Support Bar Owners to improve their skills and quality of offered products, increase spend per head and profit margins.
Help in building customers capability on all levels, premiumizing and growing focus brands

Work with our brand team to input into growth drivers and activities, from concept to execution.
Sustain and develop MENA Diageo Bar academy
Elevate the experiences of our reserve portfolio in the on-trade channel across MENA
Represent Diageo Brands in the trade in terms of brand passion and brand knowledge, to ensure the highest standards are always upheld
Sustain the bar tenders’ fraternity by understanding the market needs for better serves
Educate consumers on specific editions and on the Luxury portfolio through master classes and food pairing.
Inspire both consumers and trade customers to drive talkability and awareness
Conduct comprehensive trainings, tastings and events across the Luxury portfolio
About You
Creative and inspiring approach to be able to delight consumers and customers
Good business and commercial foresight
Able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and influencing skills across functions
Brand and Category Knowledge across Spirits and total beverage alcohol with particular experience in process, ingredients, provenance and trends.
Passion for Luxury brands, our customers & our consumers.
Operates proactively to beat competition.
Project management skills – being able to plan, prioritize and lead deliverables
Demonstrates consistent high standards of execution.
Excellent presentation skills and professionalism.
Be a socially responsible ambassador for Diageo externally.
