About the job

Intention

• Improve and increase the performance and behaviour of the team and players in line with the Long-term development plan of the JFA.

Main tasks

• Technical Woman Football coordinator is all the time looking for optimal development and circumstances for the team, players, and coaches at the appointed teams.

 

Responsibilities

• Implement and work accordingly to JFA long-term woman football strategy plan.
• Contribute to the development of the long-term women football development plan and work on the execution and implementation of the plan.
• Evaluate the performances of the players and coaches.
• Build an internal scouting database for the youth national teams.
• Follow up with the technical director regarding updating the long-term development plans.
• Create a healthy and positive working atmosphere built on trust and wisely take actions when players and coaches are not performing optimally.
• Support the development of players and coaches by sharing knowledge, innovative techniques, giving master classes and asking critical questions.

Duties

• Give Training sessions of U17 Women’s National Team.
• Formulate training targets and objectives according to the level of the players and teams.
• Design training plan program and training exercises plan.
• Give advice and support the coaches and players during the training session.
• Evaluate the performance of coaches, players, and training plans.
• Coach and lead matches of U17 Women’s National Team.
• Formulate match targets, objectives based on analysis, long term development plan and academy philosophy.
• Influence players, coaches, and team staff in relation to the match
• Advice about the long-term development plan
• Execute the plan according to level of the National Teams, Prince Ali Centres, Girls Grassroots activities Give leadership to coaches and staff within the Girls/Woman National Teams, Prince Ali Centres
• Personal meetings with staff and players.
• Give master classes.
• Show and share knowledge with players and coaches.
• Stimulate personal development of coaches and player.

Qualification

AFC-A

Experience

• 3-5 Years at International Top Level of Woman Football (National Teams).
• Played professional football.
• Experience as a sport instructor at school is an advantage.

Skills and knowledge
